It’s finally 2022!! When a new year comes, we know that our problems don’t disappear with last year, but we do gain this new motivation and perseverance to conquer these obstacles with God’s loving help. Just as Pastor Josh said, to be make disciples out of others, we must be a disciple ourselves. What’s inside of our hearts will be what others will see. As we go into this new year, we are hoping to gain many newcomers which means we will need a lot of help.

The CW Kids Ministry is grouped into:

• CW Kids Jr – Nursery (infants to 2 years)
• CW Kids Jr – Pre-School (2 years to VPK)
• CW Kids – Elementary (Kindergarten to 5th Grade)

The Crosswater Student Ministry is looking for adult volunteers! We are needing volunteers to come and help on Sundays and Wednesdays. Serving in the Student ministry is an awesome experience because you get to see God at work changing the lives of students. More than ever before our culture is in desperate need of spiritual and strong Students!

Please consider volunteering in the Student ministry so you can be a vital part of helping shape lives for Jesus at such a critical age!

The Student Ministry is grouped into:

• Middle School (meets in the MS Worship Center or the “HUB”), and
• High School (meets in the HS  Worship Center)

Human beings are built to size each other up quickly. It takes a mere seven seconds to make an impression. That’s why the First Impressions Team at Crosswater is very important.

We are responsible for making visitors feel welcome whether its their first time here or they have been here for years.

Contact begins in the parking lot and continues through the lobby into the Worship Center. Our team includes greeters, parking attendants and ushers.

Many people have told us that they chose Crosswater as their church home because of the way they were greeted and loved during that first visit.

This Hospitality and Meals Ministry at Crosswater is an excellent way to server others, share the love of the Lord Jesus, and make a difference in someone’s life. Our purpose is simply to help someone in need by providing a ready-made meal.

In times of need, it is an incredible blessing to see a friendly face and receive a meal. Organized meal giving centers around significant life events. When a friend is in need, everyone wonders, “What can I do to help?” One answer is to provide a meal (or several)!

It is the desire of the Crosswater Church body of believers to put into action our intent to care for and serve one another, especially in time of need. Because we all have different friends and neighbors, we strive to keep our lines of communication open and not miss someone in need.

We have a completely new cafe area. The Cafe Ministy team is looking for individuals who are available to serve refreshments to our visitors before and after our Sunday services. We will teach you on how to use the machines, no experience needed.

The Special Events Ministry supports special events held at Crosswater. We assist in setting up, serving and cleaning up for many different types of events. If you feel you would like to serve with us, please send us a message below.
